Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA)
1. Taraflar ve Kabul
Bu Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), If Labs ("Şirket") ile FifTen uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indiren veya kullanan kişi ("Kullanıcı") arasında akdedilmiştir. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak bu Sözleşme'nin tüm koşullarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.
2. Lisans Kapsamı
Şirket, size kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla Uygulamayı kullanmak için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans vermektedir. Bu lisans kapsamında:
- Uygulamayı kişisel cihazınıza kurabilir ve kullanabilirsiniz
- Uygulamanın sunduğu tüm özelliklere erişebilirsiniz (Premium özellikler abonelik gerektirebilir)
3. Kısıtlamalar
Kullanıcı aşağıdaki eylemleri gerçekleştiremez:
- Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek veya türev eserler oluşturmak
- Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yoluyla çözümlemeye çalışmak
- Uygulamayı üçüncü taraflara satmak, kiralamak veya devretmek
- Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmak
- Başkalarının gizlilik haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak
- Otomatik araçlar veya botlar aracılığıyla toplu veri çekmek
- Instagram ve WhatsApp'ın kullanım koşullarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmak
4. Analiz Hizmetleri ve Sorumluluk Reddi
FifTen tarafından sunulan analizler tahmin niteliğinde olup bilgi amaçlıdır. Şirket:
- Analiz sonuçlarının doğruluğunu, eksiksizliğini veya güncelliğini garanti etmez
- Analiz sonuçlarına dayanarak alınan kararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz
- Instagram veya WhatsApp'ın API politikalarındaki değişikliklerden kaynaklanan hizmet kesintilerinden sorumlu değildir
5. Kullanıcı İçeriği
Uygulamaya yüklediğiniz WhatsApp sohbet dosyaları ve diğer içerikler için Kullanıcı sorumludur. Üçüncü şahıslara ait verileri analiz etmek için gerekli izinlere sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Şirket, yetkisiz veri kullanımından doğan hukuki sorumluluğu kabul etmez.
6. Premium Abonelik
- Premium özellikler ücretli abonelik gerektirebilir
- Abonelik ücretleri platform politikaları çerçevesinde (Google Play / App Store) tahsil edilir
- İptal politikaları ilgili platformun kurallarına tabidir
- Dijital içeriklerin niteliği gereği iade yapılmayabilir
7. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulama, tasarımı, logosu, kodu ve içeriği If Labs'ın fikri mülkiyetidir. Bu Sözleşme kapsamında size verilen lisans, herhangi bir fikri mülkiyet hakkının devri anlamına gelmemektedir.
8. Hizmetin Sonlandırılması
Şirket, önceden bildirim yapmaksızın:
- Uygulamayı güncelleme veya değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar
- Bu Sözleşme'yi ihlal eden kullanıcıların erişimini sonlandırabilir
- Uygulamayı hizmet dışı bırakabilir
9. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, If Labs; dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan, veri kaybından veya kâr kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz. Şirketin toplam sorumluluğu, son 12 ayda ödediğiniz abonelik tutarıyla sınırlıdır.
10. Uygulanacak Hukuk
Bu Sözleşme, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözüme kavuşturulur.
11. Değişiklikler
Şirket, bu Sözleşme'yi istediği zaman güncelleme hakkını saklı tutar. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinden bildirilir. Değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

End User License Agreement (EULA)
1. Parties and Acceptance
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between If Labs ("Company") and the person ("User") who downloads or uses the FifTen application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to all terms of this Agreement.
2. License Scope
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may:
- Install and use the App on your personal device
- Access all features offered by the App (Premium features may require a subscription)
3. Restrictions
The User may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Sell, rent, or transfer the App to third parties
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Use the App in a way that violates others' privacy rights
- Use automated tools or bots to scrape data in bulk
- Use the App in violation of Instagram's or WhatsApp's terms of service
4. Analysis Services and Disclaimer
The analyses provided by FifTen are estimates and are for informational purposes only. The Company:
- Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of analysis results
- Is not liable for decisions made based on analysis results
- Is not responsible for service interruptions due to changes in Instagram or WhatsApp API policies
5. User Content
The User is responsible for WhatsApp chat files and other content uploaded to the App. You represent that you have the necessary permissions to analyze data belonging to third parties. The Company accepts no legal responsibility for unauthorized use of data.
6. Premium Subscription
- Premium features may require a paid subscription
- Subscription fees are collected through platform policies (Google Play / App Store)
- Cancellation policies are subject to the respective platform's rules
- Refunds may not be available due to the nature of digital content
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, logo, code, and content are the intellectual property of If Labs. The license granted to you under this Agreement does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.
8. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to:
- Update or modify the App
- Terminate access for users who violate this Agreement
- Discontinue the App
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, If Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, or loss of profits. The Company's total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the last 12 months.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
11. Changes
The Company reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be communicated within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
